I ordered an Apple Watch 2 for my girlfriend today for Christmas. I ordered it on my computer at work. A text came to my phone with a link to add my purchase to my wallet app. I arrived at the Apple Store at the Maine Mall in Portland Maine at about 3:30 this afternoon. The Apple Store was full of people! I gave the greeter my name, and told him I was here to pick up an online purchase. Within two minutes a rep came to see me, he scanned the qr code from my wallet app, asked to see my id, and 5 minutes later the watch was in my hands. It was super busy, yet my experience was very quick and simply outstanding. I am a 35 year old shareholder of about 3 years. After this superb level of simplicity and customer service, I intend to hold this stock until I retire. I can't imagine a safer place to keep my money. Go Apple!
