Well, it was like a zen moment.

Therefore it is wrong for me to say it out loud because it will ruin it for you. ( and I'm being serious, talking about it will spoil the effect and detract )

All I can tell you is what I was seeing at the time and you'll have to go "Ahhh..." when you hear the sound of one hand clapping as clear as a bell.

So... recall I was in the mode of observing "they will have to raise cash regardless of arbitration" imnsho

And we were having a price crunch

And then came a dilution/fund-raising

And then somebody said they've been with this stock for 10 years
( Somebody else way back said even longer )

And zen what happened is "aha..."
