Judge will decide the case within a few days.Both sides feel good about their arguments. I felt that echo presented a stronger argument to go forward with the MTIA plan. I would not be surprised if both sides try one more time to settle their differences before the Judge makes his decision. Disclosure, I am not an attorney.
