MacKenzie Capital Management, LP ends tender offer (12/06/16)

The Offer resulted in the tender by shareholders, and acceptance for payment by the Purchasers, of a total of 38,662 Shares.  Following the purchase of all the tendered Shares, the Purchasers will own an aggregate of approximately 38,662 Shares, or approximately 0.126% of the total outstanding Shares.
