That is exactly correct underdog.

Anyone expecting Felon Foley - who sunk this scam long before he went to Federal Prison and further sunk this scam while in Federal Prison - to somehow come back to save the day is so utter in denial as to be beyond comprehension.

None of it matters at this point. The enforcement judgements are clear, final and without wiggle room. NTEK either ponies up all of the cash and stock they've ripped off from former partners, or they pull their collective pants down and have to present all financials under oath, exposing what is nothing more than a scam circular lending pump and dump right back to line Felon Foley's pockets.

I haven't followed this scam as long as many others have, but I've been pretty correct on the legal front, and I can tell you:
