diarch, if you read what Berman says carefully, you'll realize he says absolutely nothing. Play on words and designed to deceive. I tore this apart 30 minutes after the release last week.

For example.....

"we are in a position" - what does that mean exactly?

"to update our shareholders" - he is in a position to update shareholders, he never he would update shareholders

"regarding the continuation of our efforts" - again just part of the run-on sentence starting with "we are in a position". Nonsense.

"and to communicate the initial fruits" - OK, so he is in a position to communicate initial fruits, he never stated that he would.

Shell game. Anyone who took the bait has been had.
