Just like briscoe did with Bonanza claims in AK he abandon the last 70 Big Chunk claims in AK to. Simply refused to pay for the claims and walked away. Abandonment is his style. When you don't pay you lose all rights to the claim and nearly anyone with ready cash can move in and take control.
