You know what has increased parabolically? The number of shares! The revenue that the company bragged about came at considerable cost of dilution and is likely not profitable. The company is giving away lots of stock to buy businesses that are unproven.

In my view, William Waldrop has totally mismanaged this company by relying too heavily on toxic debt financing. I wonder if the labs who sold out understand how inept Waldrop is when it comes to prudent financial management.

I wouldn't touch this overvalued insolvent company until they pay off the notes.
