Our last statement on the matter appears in the SEC filing 10 Q made 9.16.2016 for the quarter ending 7.31.2016:

"Big Chunk Super Project: The Big Chunk Super Project located in the Iliamna region of Southwestern Alaska:After much caution and thought, we have decided to no longer put any funds into Big Chunk due to the current status of the EPA. If the situation becomes clarified next year, we believe we will have the opportunity to reacquire strategic claims within the area." [p.10]

not sure if they are abandoned nor am I sure they can be acquired by interested parties.
