True that's what I read too. I have since increased my holdings by 50%.

There is now 160,000,000 common shares. There will be about 8,000,000 of new commons issued.

the KEG will have $80,000,000 in cash. The new common shares will be worth $10 per share just based on cash and more if they can make money.

Now us commons own 100% of KEG. After we own 5% of KEG. Therefore we 20 to 1 haircut.

If you own 10,000 shares and paid average $.10 per share, then you would end up with 500 share of new KEG at a blended cost of $2.00 per share cost.

If the new shares come out at $10 pps (based on cash in hand only) your investment will be worth $5,000 or a 500% profit.

The math here is simple. Buying the old shares up to say $.40 pps will be worth your while.
