The Apollo deal was always Kim bringing it to NGCG - nothing new about that.

With the disaster the shell was in when Kim took control and there are still several problems to be dealt with - why would Choi approve any deal until the trash has been taken out.

If it isn't I expect NGCG to be sold or become a zombie ticker. As I have always stated my initial interest was because Kim was fighting the Ruppert fraud - I still find it odd that someone is still defending Ruppert.
