It has always been a contract between Apollo and Kim - if Kim/Choi decide doing something with the NGCG shell it will be beneficial to shareholders and Choi. Why would Choi do a contract with NGCG - it means very little to him.

I have never understood why Choi would use NGCG for a Supercar.

Who knows what will happen - it would be helpful if Kim made a statement - maybe after the 9th.
