Remember the toxicity of Nivolumab and Ipilimumab.

You would think that if there is risk of harm we would have heard about it long before 800+ patients have already received treatment.

Going out on a limb, they may have looked at the similar drugs and decided the whole class is dangerous in a blanket knee-jerk reaction.

Meanwhile, Nivolumab is approved and it is toxic.

So why can a big pharma get away with it and a small one can't, presuming it is actually harmful, is it effective or not ?

Sounds like politics.
