yeah...would have been smart for the company to remain silent until announcement of contract or at least until January 1st to escape the desire of some to do a tax loss sale. We would be very positive about a contract coming soon. Bad move in my opinion. Despite opinions here, I do not believe they are going to be too busy to do a SHM in March or April and they should have postponed this proxy.
