That was the plan all along. They milked the Denner investment PR and then took it from over a dollar to 11 cents in 7 months. This will soon be back below $1 and they will be deficient on both fronts once again. The eventual buyer arrangements were made long ago and the road to BK is being executed as planned IMO. Pascoe's not a complete idiot and I assume he is being compensated for his "skills". The average QA supervisor in any medical products company would have foreseen the medical device designation prior to having the FDA point it out. This one is out cold and down for the count.
