Me too. Remember them modifying employee stock plan last month / October to add "accelerated vesting (of stock options) in event of change in control"? We thought it was standard industry practice and nothing indicative of a near-term event. That could still be the case but who really knows what's going on behind the scenes. PR at 4pm today? Will surely be dialing into the 4:15ET call.
