Greetings Sulax my friend....

Hope life is good for you and yours....

First, I wanted to say that I know people dont want the board dominated by the "short" topic. All I wanted to do is just add some color to Oakie's observations...the guy isnot here blowing smoke and has brought up some very credible points on what has happened with CRGS and many stocks like it. Give the guy a chance to share this info...and he appears to have some good info.

As for the question about the firms burying this stuff on their balance sheets, there are hundreds of market maker/broker/dealers out there. Some small independants, some mid-sized, some are subs of national and international investment banking operations. There are roughly 20 MM's covering CRGS right now, some have done so for years. As an example, NITE(KCG Americas) is as I write this, is sitting on the CRGS bid at .61 AND the ask at .69 They were formerly known as Knight Equities.

For years, 10 to 12 years, Knight Equities was the number one market maker in TOVC / now CRGS, by a mile....every year. A few years back, just prior to their being acquired, their balance had shown roughly $400 million in "sold not yet purchased" transactions. Right before the acquisition, that number doubled to $800 million. They had been one of the firms most frequently sued for illegal trading activities. This is the company who was the most active MM on TOVC for over a decade. And here they are, under their new name, sitting on the bid and ask of CRGS right now.

Coincidence....???

I love this stuff..... smile !!!

All I'm saying is that this stuff isn't fantasy. It is covered up by some of the most convoluted, intricate, legal, financial genious and makes it impossible too sometimes believe or catch...how do they get away with it..? They tell the feds they know where to find the shares to cover...that is all they have to do....!! Hence there are $billions of "sold not yet purchased" entries on the cumlative balance sheets of these firms....It is reasonable to beleive that included in that are a fair amount of TOVC/CRGS shares that have aged for years....? My opinion is that there is...

There......I feel better
