To Whom It May Concern,
I have multiple friends with Cancer and PTSD. I have been told by them, "the only thing that helps them get out of bed and have any type of life is medical marijuana". A couple of my friends that have had cancer, already died. Why the FDA continues to take the path of prohibition for medical marijuana, I will never understand. Since we can look right at America's past and see how that didn't work for alcohol either. I guess we really are doomed to make the same mistakes twice.
I'm not asking you to give it 100% legal status. But I am asking you to turn your back on big pharma and reclassify it already. Give the medical world a chance to see what they can find out about it. I know big pharma is probably funding to keep it illegal, because it could hurt their pocket books. The best thing for price, is competition. If you want big pharma to lower their prices, make them compete to do so. In closing, I see far more benefit for the reclassification of marijuana, then I see down side. Now it's time for you to do your job!!!!
