I'm not sure anyone expected them to add it to the spending bill.

there are two or three versions of a simple bill to just extend for 1, 2 or 5 years the existing legislation. (ie just change the dates nothing else).

I think the Hydrogen Fuel cell association and PLUG and others are pushing for one of those to be put forward by the ways and means committee.

as mentioned by Andy marsh they have contingency plans but it will push back any sustained profitability for a few quarters. I am expecting to see Q4 cash flow positive but then Q1 will not be. By end next year the volumes are so large that they will be hard pushed not to be making a profit even if they have to offer 20-25% price reduction on gendrive units to compensate for iTC.
