This is pure speculation, but I think a hold up may be the following. Again this is just a hunch.
I believe Mr. Shetty may have originally wanted mLakshmi to be a separate company from Firefish, but Gates Foundation is very clear as to giving grants out to companies, not individuals. Which is why the grant was given to Firefish (as noted on the Gates Foundation website). Gates Foundation may have notified Mr. Shetty of this and that may be the reason for the re-instatement back in August of the stock. Now all financials would have to include mLakshmi and this could be the reason for the delay. Again, this is just a hunch of mine from looking over all the details.
