I'm happy to hear from you and glad that you're using that stationary bike. Indoor cycling is great exercise. Keep it going for the great exercise it gives you. You get therapy on that knee while sitting on your butt watching TV, and you get your circulation going. What's better than that? I had an indoor bike trainer that I used during bad weather or freezing days (clamp the back wheel onto it and pedal). It wore out and I need to get a new one.
