BIEL knows exactly where they stand with the FDA, and they have dumped hundreds of millions of shares in Q4 2016, driving the PPS down to 0.0003.

Hard to ignore THAT.

Luckily for BIEL, the current shareholders seem happy to "average down" and scoop up all those shares. If the current shareholders stop scooping, the PPS is going to hit 0.0001 fast, and then BIEL will be diluting for 0.00005 per share or LESS.

I'm hoping for FDA clearance just to keep this fascinating Wall Street back-alley story alive. Unfortunately, I don't see FDA clearance happening until June 2017 or later. Things are going to get pretty ugly before then.
