If you where waiting for Verification which they Now have, they should have been packed up and ready to go, they should've been installing Yesterday. Is one or 2 up and running on there own Building? sometimes things just don't make sense. I've been around way to long on this one and listened to wishful words, Year after Year and very little has changed.
Back in 2011 they where telling us they where installing on cell Towers, Now there not Moving on install til 2017. Good Luck.
