Considering he could have done the private placement at 3 cents or maybe 2.5 and not a single brokerage firm made any commission off of it like the usually do 4 cents is not a discount. One must also remember that this is restricted stock and he can't sell it for a year. I'm sure if you want to do a PP Mr Smith would be more than happy to chat with you and you could probably get in on one. This company pays 0 rent, 0 on utilities and office equipment. He has taken a balcnce sheet that was so bad we were about to be delisted and are about to be submitted for clinical trials. So in the grand scheme of things a .015 or less discount for money that is going directly to pay bills and salaries and not the $1 a year Smith makes it was a great deal for the shareholders. I'd rather have the CEO buying stock in his own company than like other companies that flood the market with shares to their friends and dilute the stock.
