Naked short selling has already been admitted in the overstock settlement.
And other cases. It is quite common. Happens to almost any company with an expanding share supply and lots of cash. 30-50 mm in cash here alone, which is a lot for penny trash .Even though the perps in the overstocked case deny guilt . They paid a fine to make the little problem go away.
This is what to look for with argy/teco
If we get the political help I expect, we will get a settlement .
I'm not angry , just want the right thing to happen.
