§ Incidence of NPC – We assume that the incidence of NPC is 1 of every 120,000 live births in the US and in the EU.

§ Lifespan of Individuals with NPC – We assume that the average lifespan of a patient with NPC is 17 years of age, which is an approximation based on the available data.
