Good news and new CEO steps up, just a take from this new CEO track record has me thinking

J. Craig Thompson
promoted to Chief Executive Officer and appointed to the Board of Directors

"was actively involved in negotiating a regional partnership with Bayer as well as in the acquisition of the Trius by Cubist. During his tenure, he participated in three rounds of financing which raised approximately $115 MM."

Just my take from this is this new CEO stepped up for a reason and could be 1 or more of these key 3 areas of expertise being the reason here:

1- Partnership
2- Acquisition
3- Financing

Interesting too because this healthcare stock also does Direct funding since they have Major holders here too holding by the looks of it from Barons 68% of the outstanding owned by these longs

Outstanding 42mil minus Major ownership of 28.5mil = 13.5mil free trading float

28.5mil Major Holders in this,15mil Institutions,7.5mil Direct Holders,6mil Mutual Funds=68% of 42mil os

Also looks like it hit over $10+ back when the only major share increase period was happening for the Direct Funding(financing time) (looking into this more detail when I have time)

too add or not to add , mostly watching closely but quite interested will see, volume was something and got me to notice , maybe another wild one to wait for or just trade not sure just yet
