There is not such thing as dividend paying stocks, every dividend pays, it is just which is going to pay you soon and long term.

There are some Buy and Hold stocks as well like:
General Mills
Costco
P&G
Coca cola

I have invested in few of them, they will pay in long term despite the market fluctuations.
