The oral arguments are clear! FINISHED! Get out of this before they render the decision which is obvious if you bother to listen to the oral arguments in the link I so helpfully provided. The decision could come at any time. You lost in my opinion. There are 3 judges in the panel and they all seemed to reject your arguments ESPECIALLY THE FEMALE JUDGE who totally nailed you and she essentially said you are done. It is funny your lawyer seemed to agree when he said he would not have worded the disavowal of claim scope as the 336 lawyers did back in the day to overcome the Mager prior art. The lady judge felt you clearly did and you cannot escape that disavowal. She said the lawyers way back then probably did not need to do that but, in her opinion clearly did. That is why she said it seems to kill your case. Please listen to the info I have provided you. You have a chance to at least get out of this with some money. Why lose it all when all you have to do is listen to the info!!!
