Please do some DD before posting. Shares can not be issued when you have not paid your transfer agent in well over a year and it don't matter if there gagged or not if you get behind on your payments to them they will suspend your services and that is exactly what happened with GRLF.

If this one starts running the company can not stop it. There hands are tied till they get Continental Stock Transfer & Trust caught up.

I will let people know when they get caught up. I have been checking with them for well over a year now and will continue to do so...
