PPC# was pumped by MM today by 100%, my guess is they are preparing BIEI for big pump, these two stocks belong to the same league, similar stocks related to cancer therapy and have similar PND patterns. This has tanked from 0.025 all the way to 0.005, It was pumped to 0.025 to dilute and short, I think next PUMP cycle is close
