Another Terrible INTK Industrial Nanotech experience
We paid to became distributor, we paid advanced payment for products. No delivery. We want full refund on advanced payment and distributor fee.
We (Triton-Nereid Electronics, Inc.) became a Distributor of Industrial Nanotech on 01/01/2015 with a distributor fee ($12,535) paid to Industrial Nanotech. Payment was wire transferred by Wells Fargo (on 12/26/2014. We signed a distributor agreement (drafted and provided by Francesca Crolley V.P. Business Development Industrial Nanotech, Inc. (INI)) with Industrial Nanotech. The distributor agreement was signed by Stuart Burchill, CEO/CTO Co-Founder Industrial Nanotech, Inc.
In order to keep the Distributor Agreement Industrial Nanotech required quota from us.
We ordered (on 02/11/2015) (1200 gallons) products (full price $95,716.30) from Industrial Nanotech with advanced payment ($71,787.22) which never deliver. This payment was wired transferred by Wells Fargo.
On 04/14/2015 we reduced the order to half. They never give us the partial refund. They never deliver products. (We had good intention when we reduced the order. Industrial Nanotech told us they encountered a production problem, they could not fulfill large order. Therefore, we reduced the order hoping they can complete our order faster.)
We contacted Gail Kiewlen VP of Finance Industrial Nanotech, Inc. for partial refunds. They promised the refund but never send to us.
Until today they have not give us any refund or products. They just turn silence. Triton-Nereid Electronics of Los Angeles at Better Business Bureau.
Once again, I am reporting on a posting on the internet (I filled in the partially redacted names) and what experiences people and companies have had. This sale represents 8.8% of INTK Industrial Nanotech's sales in 2015, the last reported year. Here is a verifiable sale (that is, there is a actual company name associated with a major order) and the outcome as reported. INTK is requested to comment on this, INSULO and RRPL. In all of these instances the companies report that nothing was shipped after payment was made. Also, INTK and Kolorgen are welcome to compare this order with the other imaginary orders trumpeted in the press releases.
