There is no such thing as a circumstantial fact unless you are talking about a jumbo shrimp. The use of the word "fact" implies truth when it is simply speculation.
As far a comparison to JG. Let's just say he liked to talk about circumstantial facts.......a lot.
I personally find it preposterous that anyone would illegally hold a large short position for over 10 years especially in a company that has a purported huge upside. Of course the huge upside was based on circumstantial facts so maybe the criminal element holding the short position was privy to observable circumstances.
