Well I think we can safely say that it was TMM who has wasted everyones time and money the past 4 years by starting this whole mess with zero help from anyone else. Nobody told them to attack another company minding its own business or to try and steal its IP property. So, TMM deserves whatever punishment it gets as a matter of both legal remedies and karma in general.

Again, we are just speculating what the costs damages will be but it will likely take a while to resolve it.

And of course my list of additional potential legal actions is still in play, should be interesting to see how many of those items are filed, if any.
