"Verified" means verified by Dim's attorneys not by the court. In other words, the lawyers verify that x number of pages of photocopying been done, and other expenses have actually been incurred, etc. We here don't know the amount yet. Or at least I don't. Smitty's estimate seems on the high end of reasonable. I think he said a couple hundred grand? Could be. It's probably tens of thousands anyway and possibly more than a hundred thousand I'm guessing.
