There is no point in doing a RS now because you first should approve as many OS Shares as possible and then sell them on the OTC. It is a free ATM.

Once you exhaust the free money train. Thats when you RS and consolidate the financial picture for Bigger hands to invest in. Any big time investor or firm would not come near TRTC with the current financial structure.

That is why the PPS is kept in the current range or sold down to this range to keep new people investing and trapping the old investors.
