I don't thing anyone knows anything yet on either side. It shouldn't have been a surprise to anyone on this resent round of dilution, and if I were Greety I would be playing the poor me card. Bringing this round of dilution maybe a little early to show the arbitrator the constant damage CVM is having to undertake to their market cap as well as their ability to just stay alive. At the same time the silence is deafening from both sides which continues to drive CVM share price lower to levels that if good news does come the volume will be ridiculous. If we don't get news shortly, I expect the stock to do what's it's always done. Move up slowly on lower volume likely back to .17 to .22 range moving all technicals to overbought levels again, then on heavier volume drive it back down on continued silence to see if anyone can support the bottom at .10 After seeing how easy we went through .20 I have no doubt the m/m will blow right through that level. I also disagree with some that think winning arbitration news won't move the stock in a positive way. I believe it will be the catalyst that starts a chain reaction of other news events to take place, like the FDA hold and SEC investigation, they are all tied together I believe. As I said before FDA hold the same day as the arbitration started and the SEC investigation weeks before that. Maybe just a coincidence? We'll see! Best of luck to everyone here, we're all feeling the pain.
