Could be like Triad - though the company is still registered at least.
However, it has been in business for 45 years, which suggests that someone is retiring from a business that appears customer specific. Hard to pass on successfully to someone else if that's the case. Maybe the owner is hoping to sell it to a shell because he can't find a buyer?
