Feel free to file a lawsuit now if you like, your attorney will advise you that you knew the company wasn't current on it's filing when you bought it and you chose to rely on forward looking statements with proper disclosures, You weren't solicited or coerced to buy this OTC Pink Limited Information stock. I don't mean to be a smart a**, but what you're suggesting is total nonsense and you shouldn't mislead others" into believing you have a probable lawsuit. Maybe you're the scammer trying to collect money from others to join your "class action lawsuit?" Have you contacted the auditor before you made these unfounded claims?

As a director my responsibility is to do what's best for the company, which at the time maybe was using money for other things that will lead to revenue and earnings. I totally agree with you that timely filing is important and needed to maintain a healthy market, but you chose to buy a company that wasn't current.
