IF MY BEARISH THESIS IS CORRECT THEN THE STOCK SHOULD NOT...

close > 1.25.

This is how TA works when practiced correctly. It is not a crystal ball, but rather a wind-sock. A condition which would falsify the current thesis -in this case bearish portending a downtrend to the 60 - 75 cent area, would be a close > 1.25. Alternatively said, a valid down trend would not allow for a close that high.

Now I let the market tell me instead of me telling it. That's how TA is practiced.
