Your wish list is a good one but I suspect you are going to be mightily disappointed on the day. The only reason the shareholders meeting was called was to authorize 105m new shares. They tried to hustle shareholders when they scheduled the original meeting for September 15. If they have been sitting on all this information you are expecting to hear why did Guzman get his shares at .05 and not .50 ? Your logic is not sound and seems to be based on nothing more than wishful thinking.
