I've seen it many times before, having played sub-pennies for several years.

The successful pumps will go up 30x or more, and usually consist of a group being front loaded by the debt converters and then propelled by the company cooperating with some forward-looking pr's.

The also usually take a few weeks to pre-load before they start working the message boards (and they also need time to get shares into brokerage accounts if they purchased directly from individuals).

I suspect this one is just a few flippers who think they have a good opportunity here. I don't think PN will cooperate with the pump pr's. However, if there is even one positive filing or pr coupled with a pause in the cd conversions, this could easily run to a penny just working ihub...
