The filing said the 10Q was delayed due to the merger. Cortec may not have been as diligent as 3DIcon in keeping up with their financials statements, etc.

In addition, all the back ground information disclosed in the 10Q probably had to be re-written to include the Cortec business and history. This explains the delay, but why didn't they start on this stuff sooner to make the original 10Q deadline of 11/15? They have now missed the 15 day extension filing deadline.

By the time they get their act together, it may be too little too late! Time will tell, it always does!
