Correct. The simple sequence is:

Kenny assigns the patent to MNZO, for a pile of controlling stock.

While pumping away the SEC nails Kenny on a prior illegal dump, and runs him out of the market.

On the way out CEO Kenny puts things in reverse: Reassigns the patent back to himself, takes all assets (company car?), and gives back the worthless stock to a Zombie Shell company.

Current status: Out of the mist one has a self proclaimed Florida real estate mogul suddenly inheriting the controlling stock, and becoming CEO.

Yet to be determined is whether the CEO is holding this as a front man, so the Bart gang can sell it as a shell a couple yrs hence. Or if they will help this new CEO with a new scam angle for MNZO. Maybe they could try for a MJ supplement? MJ scams are making a comeback.
