OK, sounds good. I think what we are talking about though is the extent of TMMs remaining risk from their frivolous and abusive lawsuit against another business and its investors.

Whether the court has put a "case closed" sign up has little or no meaning for the potential repercussions. Anyone thinking this is really over is just being delusional. Unless TMM decides at some point to work out an overall solution I see it going on a long, long time.

But hey maybe Im wrong. Hasnt happened yet but you can always hope. LOL
