I don't think anyone here wished UPZS does bad. Hell, their stock is as low as it can go. They just don't have any credibility with anyone who knows them. Like a 10 plus year scam to sell stock in most people's eyes who have been involved with them since inception when they did a reverse merger to become public.

Why do we not know the actual financial interest UPZS has in the Tap House?
Don't you think that is kind of important? Last you said it was a franchise.
Yet on the financials there is no income for selling a franchise. There is no indication they will pay any royalties. Kevin did this 10 years ago. Opened a UPZS pizza shop, paid no royalties, no franchise fee, just used the name and ended up going out of business. Ten years later... Same scenario playing out...

It would not be a bad thing if Kevin was able to open with Zero fees ever for this store and it was used as a model to open more that may pay a franchise fee and royalties.

Right now,UPZS has absolutely nothing to offer anyone opening a franchise. Pay them 100k for what??? And monthly fees??? Their version of a menu? I can look at menu's all day long online lol There is no advertising, no purchasing power. I central call in number? lol That was a disaster last time! No franchisee would give up taking the calls themselves. They just need to clarify their interest in the Taphouse.
