Because...if the shell has served its purpose,

and you've effed every dilutable, misleadable investor,

& the cabal's pretended to be important and competent

to NASA by showing them the "save the world" shtick/website

so they would renew the space tech license, why would you

pump money into legals/updates?

The baby is in private hands in a Delaware based company now,

so just wait till end of year, kill the fake-public-investment

for-retail-investors website (previously needed to

peddle shares to bad-rate toxic loan people, who can in turn dump into

the storefront "investment market", ya know), then head to

private pastures with all your non-dilutable buddies on the take.

Maybe RS that sh*&t again and then throw the retail investors a bone

@ some outrageous ratio that destroys their stakes, i.e., beat the local

community investors while saving the world on their money, etc.

Lather rinse repeat. Watch what happens early next year, test our

predictions, etc. Hope I'm wrong, just a guess.
