Hope it is "GREAT" news! But here again level 2, shows "MM ARCA" bid for 956th shares at .29! Cannot figure this out, "ARCA" has bought since I have notice a week ago about 4/5 million shares average about .33? "BUYER" of millions of shares must know something? I might add some here, but will wait to see if the 956th bid gets filled, if it does BBEPQ will drop below .29 again! Or has "MM ARCA" been shorting? Cannot figure the rule:

"Can't short unless you can get someone to pay more than the current best bid for the stock'?
