the wind is on IVN's back:
Reduction in transportation costs, reduction in treatment charhes, higher prices (1.30 vs original pea price of 1.01), capital costs coming down, extremely good ROI's,etc
Financing:
many options available(taking it publicly, JC, sale)
Financing options for all projects: "never before had IVN as many suitors as now"
IVN has been approached by many financing investors interested in financing its projects. This in turn will result in better terms for financing.
my take is that since financing is not an issue this will limit the need for dillution....
