let's follow up

Let's skip new patent

Grant- ever apply for a grant, especially a science specific grant, more than just filling out a few papers, take real people hours and high tech to complete. In reality your lucky if you get to the stage where you are even considered in the running for the grant.

US department ambiguous- you seem to think that when dealing with any governments or companies you have free reign to disclosure details. You can only disclose what they allow you to disclose.

ERC desalination "Because they can't find any takes on the other products yet" Lafarge and the brewery are still patiently waiting,
being held up by GE decision whether or not to go forward, while in the mean time instead of sitting on his keister Larry is exploring other uses for the ERC.

Fuel cell improvements- The ERC is currently tied up in the Alstom(now GE)/Mantra, GE is in control of the project until they either op out or the agreement expires. Better to move forward on something Mantra can currently control than sit around waiting for GE to decide what it it is going to do. Besides you says the improves were done by the Mantra team, remember Mantra released a PR that they were working with someone to improve the fuel cell maybe they are the one's doing the work.

Kept the doors opened " because they moved to a closet", again would you rather have them shut down the operation or worse yet waste money and stock on an office space or lab space they currently can support. Times are tough at the moment no doubt about it but how fast do you think they would turn around IF a grant was awarded and it was publicity announced that they were working with GE to build a pilot plant in either Richmond Ca or Ayinger Ger.

Remained a fully reporting company.-"Just barely" Barely or not they do, which means they are still intent to try and move forward.

One would think so, but I can tell you from personal experience the world doesn't work that way.

If the science was or is as good as you and others claim, the funding would be pouring in because of the events going on in the world.

As far as dilution, it would be far worst if Larry haven't taken steps to reduce cost during this current down phase the company is in. CTO left and the office moved to a closet because currently Mantra couldn't afford otherwise without MEGA dilutions.

If and when grants or funding becomes available I am sure Larry will be able to acquire the qualified people to go forward.

As far as the ERC he might not have to they might be GE's people.

Remember Mantra is in the business to license their technology not to build it or sell it themselves, you don't need mortar and bricks for that.
